This PE Transition Adaptor is suitable for Electro Fusion  & Butt Welding - Female is commonly used to connect various Sizes of PE  pipes to Polyethylene (PE) Pipe systems 
 
Comprising of a brass female thread with a PE spigot adaptor that is used to join PE pipe or fittings to a threaded connection.
 
For additional strength to the female threaded body the fitting has a  316 stainless steel reinforcing band.
