PE Weld Bank is not just a Data logger or Data Recorder, it also calculates all pressure, temperature, and time parameters, then instructs the operator through each step, if the operator strays outside the set range, the system will alert them to the issue. Reports are stored within the cloud system for safe keeping and review as soon as the weld has finished.

Butt Welding
PE Weld Bank for Butt Welding uses 2 Bluetooth sensors which are fitted to your machine and paired to your smartphone or tablet. Through these sensors your PE Weld Bank smartphone App records and prompts the operator throughout all phases of the Butt-Welding process. Once completed, the information is then stored in your PE Weld Bank file for review or distribution to your client.
PE Weld Bank is compatible to all makes and models of Butt-Welding machines.
Electrofusion
PE Weld Bank for Electrofusion is a data recording system that stores scanned data from your electrofusion fittings and information from your operator. Accompanied with several photos from critical points throughout the weld, this information is recorded, the information is then stored in your PE Weld Bank file for review or distribution to your client. PE Weld Bank is compatible to all makes and models of Electrofusion Control Units.

PE Weld Bank mobile app ensures correct welding parameters are being adhered to by prompting the operator through each fusion welding step, whilst displaying timers, actual pressures and temperatures.
When combined with the Bluetooth sensor device set, PE Weld Bank accurately records the temperatures and welding pressures, allowing instant review of welding results through the interactive onscreen welding graph*.
All weld data is securely uploaded and stored in the online Fusion Management System (FMS) in real time, allowing you to review any weld, track welder and project productivity, and share reports with your clients
